Tulum Playa

I visited Tulum in Yucatan Penisula in 1998, 1999 and 2005. It is simply my favourite beach in the world. The first time I visited Mexico I drove all around the Yucatan Penisula and as it was in April, it was crazy hot. We spent a few days days on the beach before we visited multiple pyramid cities in the jungle. I wanted to convey the beautiful sands of Tulum in the colours of the Mexican flag.The red sky conveys the prerogative of revolution that is to be free. Viva Mexico.

This is an acrylic painting on canvas framed with a modern black handmade frame supplied with fitted hanging gear and it will be packaged in a crate for transportation.
